By using this site, submitting an inquiry, purchasing a program, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or our services.

2. Our services
We provide business consulting and marketing services, including marketing strategy, brand development, and general business consulting, together with online educational programs and business education for wellness brands and their teams. Specific deliverables, scope, and fees for any paid engagement are defined in a written proposal, statement of work, or program enrollment page that you review and accept before payment.
3. Proposals, fees, and payment
- Paid engagements begin only after you accept a written proposal or complete a stated program enrollment. You are not charged before you accept the scope and price.
- Fees, currency (US dollars), billing schedule, and any applicable taxes are stated in your proposal or on the program checkout before purchase.
- Invoices are due as stated in your proposal. We may suspend work on past-due accounts after notice.
- Prices for consulting are quoted per engagement; online program fees are shown before you complete purchase.
4. Educational programs and digital content
When you purchase an online educational program, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the program materials for your own business and educational use. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or publicly share the materials. Access may be delivered over a defined period stated at purchase.
5. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and any access reasonably required for us to perform the services. You are responsible for your own business decisions and for ensuring that your products, claims, and marketing comply with all laws and platform rules that apply to your brand.
6. Intellectual property
Materials we create and deliver to you under a paid engagement become yours upon full payment, except for our pre-existing methods, templates, and know-how, which remain our property and are licensed to you for your internal use. Our website content, program materials, and brand remain our intellectual property.
7. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to protect the other's non-public business information shared for the purpose of an engagement and to use it only to perform or receive the services.
8. Disclaimers
Our services and programs are provided for general business and educational purposes. We do not provide medical, healthcare, legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice, and nothing we provide is a substitute for advice from a licensed professional. We do not guarantee any specific revenue, sales, traffic, ranking, or business outcome. Any examples are illustrative and are not a promise of results. Services and materials are provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Wellness Growth will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the services or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim in the three months before the event.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your products, your marketing, your use of our deliverables, or your breach of these Terms.
11. Term and termination
Either party may end an engagement as set out in the applicable proposal. We may suspend or end access to the site or a program for non-payment or breach of these Terms. Fees for work already performed or programs already accessed are handled under our Refunds & Cancellations Policy.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which The Wellness Growth is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts located there will have exclusive jurisdiction, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the current version. Continued use of the site or services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
